It's the seventh week of Easter and the first Sunday after the
Ascension of Jesus. This week's theme in music and word reflects on how
life ain't always easy but also that adversity can make you stronger as
it did for the early Christians.
Like the early Christians though, we ARE in
new territory during the Covid-19 Pandemic. There's hardly anyone alive
today that went through the Pandemic of 1918/20 and only newspaper
articles and photographs to guide us.

We're mostly on our own here in that
respect but future historians will have no shortage of information on
how we act during THIS pandemic, not just as a society but as
individuals as well! Succeed or fail, we'll all be under the scrutiny
of those future generations.
So act, as the early Christians did, to
make the best of the present we've been handed and do your best to give
our grandchildren a history to be proud of.

For the rest of the show, I'll bring you excerpts from a half dozen
events I recorded over the last 6 years featuring the best DJs this
town has to offer.
